Are you open?

Yes, we are open for sales, installation and service. Our office hours are the same, from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday – Friday. And as always, we have 24/7 emergency service available.

How are you installing or servicing differently?

We are following Sanitized Installation Practices. What that means is that we are wearing masks, gloves, and booties on site. Hands are sanitized and all areas where we worked are wiped down with antibacterial wipes. We remove all garbage from the work site. The temperature of installers is regularly checked for fever.

I want to buy a new security system but don’t want anyone in my home to sell me. Can you help?

Yes. By using various video chat platforms we can be taken on a tour of your home or business and can give you our recommendations and a proposal.

Can you make repairs without coming to my house?

Yes, in many cases we can. Many systems have direct login capability and we can log into many others using remote desktop. Don’t hesitate to ask us.

Can I buy parts from you?

Yes, we sell many parts for the items we sell. From panel batteries to device batteries to contacts and magnets, give us a call, we can most likely ship it to you.
