NOTE - Feature only available to customers whose Perfect Connections account # begins with RR or PC.
To access and review your alarm system information and activity in real time, you need to know your account number, which can be found on your original monitoring agreement or invoice.
The user ID is your account #. From your original monitoring agreement enter the number that begins with 717. If you are using the account number from an invoice, replace the PC or RR with 717 then add the 4 numbers in your account number. For example, if your account is PC2222, you would enter 7172222 in the account log on page. You’re password is the word you use when the central station calls, not necessarily the code used to arm and disarm your system.
